Shipping within Colombia
- Cost: $15,000 per order.
- Free shipping on purchases of $200,000 or more.
- Delivery time: 3 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
International shipping
We ship to the countries available at checkout.

Values are in Colombian pesos (COP).
Taxes and duties: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees for the destination country are not included. They are paid by the recipient of the order.
Delivery times: International times are estimates. They may vary due to customs processes beyond Doctools' control.
Tracking
Once we ship your order, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow it.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address before paying. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because no one was available to receive it, the new shipment may incur an additional cost.
Damaged or incomplete order
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within five (5) business days of delivery, including photos. You can do so at doctools.co@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +57 321 501 3863.
